Sand Ripple Candle Holders by Robin Palmer

By day, the Sand Ripple Candle Holder is an intricate work of art. At night, it comes into its own when a lit candle is placed inside creating subtle shades of light that dance around it.

This handcrafted piece is made from Parian slip and created at Robin’s studio in Orkney. Like porcelain, Parian becomes translucent when fired high and creates a beautiful warm light when a tea light is placed within.
